Sleep better at night

You’ve reached your fundraising
capacity and need support.

With limited budgets and growing demands, hiring a full-time fundraiser isn’t always feasible. That’s where I come in.

I can offer flexible, innovative support tailored to your nonprofit’s unique needs, breaking away from traditional, one-size-fits-all fundraising models.

Traditional support options just aren’t cutting it:

Hiring In-House

A limited budget means hiring inexperienced staff who require more effort and time to manage.

vs.

Consultant

A traditional consultant who provides strategic direction without implementation means a “plan” sits on a computer for years and doesn’t actually help you reach your goals.

FAQs

  • Many smaller nonprofits struggle to afford a full-time, experience development professional. Hiring in-house often means choosing between an entry-level staff member who needs training or stretching your budget to bring on someone with the expertise you need.

As a fractional fundraiser, I offer a cost-effective solution - bringing senior-level strategy, execution, and coaching without the full-time salary and overhead. This allows your organization to benefit from high-impact fundraising leadership while staying within budget.

  • My monthly rate is based on the level of support you need and the deliverables outlined in the scope of work we create together. My typical monthly rate is $5,000-$6,000.

  • Each organization is unique and your fundraising strategy should be unique to you. I’m a fundraising generalists and can do it all - from individual giving and major gifts, to grant management and corporate sponsorships.

I start each engagement with a planning process to develop a clear fundraising plan with goals and activities to move your fundraising forward. Then, I do the work!

Implementation means writing appeals, managing your data, building relationships, cultivating sponsorships, implementing automated processes, etc. I help you figure out which activities are a priority and then I do them.

  • If a fundraiser or fundraising consultant offers guaranteed results, RUN. That is probably a sign they are doing something unethical.

Fundraising success takes time and consistency. Your results depend on where you are starting and what your fundraising priorities are.

  • Here's a novel approach - I don't track hours! That's right - I focus on deliverables and outcomes. I take on only the amount of clients I can handle.

Charging a flat monthly rate provides nonprofits with cost predictability and ensures the focus remains on delivering results, not tracking hours.
